What is a Transaction Coordinator

A transaction coordinator handles the administrative work of the real estate transaction. This includes preparing and submitting documentation for signatures, gathering information or documentation from all parties of the transaction, communicating with other real estate agents, and ensuring that our agents clients experience the best client experience while purchasing their home. The main objection for a TC is

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  •  Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc 
  • Be sure that files are in compliance with agents Brokerage.

What We Do

These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Oversee all contracts and paperwork through closing
  • Maintain the office’s systems with a high degree of accuracy and detail
  • Manage timeframes of the Buying and Selling processes
  • Act as a liaison with Lenders and attorneys
  • Create all transaction documents and ensure all documents are within compliance (e.g. all signatures are received, and exported to all necessary parties)
  • Build relationships with Agents, and Lenders with customizable steps
  • We commit to the highest customer relationship and ensure your client knows what each step of the transaction looks like ahead of time
  • Keep transaction working in a proactive work pace
  • Informing Buyers and sellers of each step of their home buying process for an exceptional home buying experience
